Placeholder photo Getting here & hours
Purden sits just off the Yellowhead — no sketchy backroads, no all-day drive.
60 km
Head east on Highway 16 for about 60 km — roughly 45 minutes — and watch for the marked Purden turnoff.
4 km
From the turnoff it's a 4 km drive up to the day lodge and parking. The mountain is just above the highway.
145 km
Coming from the Robson Valley? Travel about 145 km west on Highway 16 to the same marked turnoff.
Winter on the Yellowhead is real winter. DriveBC has current Highway 16 East conditions, and there's a live highway webcam at the Bowron River. Winter tires required; leave a few extra minutes on storm days — that's the good stuff.
When we spin
Hours, days and lifts are weather-dependent and can change without notice — the usual cold-weather closure threshold is −20°C. Check the snow report before you drive out.
01
Cards are accepted, but mountain internet can drop and there's no ATM on site.
02
First Purden playday? Print a trail map before you leave home, or grab one at the window.
03
Brown-bag it by the fireplace, or let the cafeteria handle it. The burger is the move.

Renting or taking a lesson? Book online ahead of time so the gear's waiting for you.
